Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety guidelines Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized workspace by performing sanitation duties like bussing tables and cleaning kitchen equipment Process cash transactions accurately while balancing registers at shift end Assist in training new team members on food preparation, POS operation, and customer service protocols Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick-service restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash register operation skills Strong culinary experience with knowledge of operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced shifts seamlessly Ability to upsell menu items confidently to boost sales opportunities Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing register balances Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-notch food experiences!
