The ideal candidates will have experience in the restaurant and food industry, particularly in fine dining, and will be committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role is essential for ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including all food preparation areas. Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes. Manage inventory by receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies as needed. Support catering operations by preparing food items for events as required. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while performing daily tasks. Requirements Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred. Knowledge of fine dining standards and practices is a plus. Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations. Culinary skills with the ability to follow recipes accurately. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
