Dish Person - Hinode Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi (Springfield, MO) Join the team at Hinode Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi in Springfield! We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Dish Person to join our back-of-house team. This is an essential role that helps keep our kitchen running smoothly while supporting a team committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience. Responsibilities Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Keep the dish station clean, organized, and fully stocked Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and prep areas Take out trash as needed Assist the kitchen team with cleaning and other tasks during busy periods Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Qualifications Reliable with excellent attendance Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
