Tattooed Dog is bold, fast-paced, a little unconventional—and proud of it. We serve crave-worthy food in a high-energy environment where personality is welcome, hard work gets noticed, and excuses don't get you very far. We're looking for Line Cooks and Prep Cooks who can bring the heat, stay cool under pressure, and take pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen. If you're dependable, hungry to learn, and ready to become part of a crew that works hard together, we want to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prepare and cook menu items according to Tattooed Dog recipes and standards Work grill, fryer, prep, salad, and other stations as assigned Set up and stock your station before service Keep food quality, portion size, and presentation consistent Handle busy rushes without sacrificing quality Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures Maintain a clean and organized workstation Rotate products using proper FIFO procedures Communicate with Expo, servers, and other kitchen team members Complete opening, closing, prep, and cleaning duties Help your teammates when another station gets slammed Minimize food waste and respect restaurant inventory Bring problems to management instead of ignoring them

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for people who are: Dependable and show up when scheduled Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen Willing to learn and take coaching Focused on quality and consistency Clean, organized, and safety-minded Able to communicate and work as part of a team Able to handle pressure without creating unnecessary drama Willing to take ownership when something goes wrong Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Experienced in restaurant kitchens—or motivated enough to learn quickly
