In this energetic role, you will assist with food preparation, customer orders, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Duties Support food preparation activities, including assembling ingredients and ensuring food safety standards are met Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with sanitation regulations Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and balance registers at shift end Assist with food handling duties, including serving customers, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Ensure food safety protocols are followed consistently to promote a safe dining environment Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with food preparation techniques and operating kitchen equipment is advantageous Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros enhances your ability to excel in this role Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills to create positive guest interactions and promote sales through upselling strategies Basic math skills for cash handling, retail transactions, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures within the food industry or retail environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
