We can use your help. Join the exceptional team at the Pisgah Inn! Located at the Peak of the Beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway! We are hiring for restaurant Front of House and Back of House positions for the remainder of our 2026 Season through November 1st. Google or Waze app is the best navigation tool to find us. Type "Pisgah Inn" without the address and it will say we are in Canton, NC. Though not our address, this gives the best directions to us.
Servers:
Able to work in a busy dining room, serve wine , demonstrate exceptional service and menu knowledge. We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Full or part time.
Cook:
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, meat, or preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Dishwasher:
Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas. Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
Pantry:
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, meat, or preparing sauces) Answer, report and follow the chef's instructions
Expo:
Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the servers to the kitchen Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority Assist in the final preparation of dishes
Busser:
Bus Tables Present restaurant menus Pour water/beverage
Host:
