Duties Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly to foster a welcoming environment Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them efficiently to kitchen staff Serve food and drinks with enthusiasm, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations Assist with food preparation, plating, or restocking supplies as needed to support kitchen operations Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively Support team members during busy periods by performing side duties such as bussing tables or refilling stations Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
