Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and sanitizing workstations Support cooking activities under supervision, ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and adhering to food safety regulations Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to customer requests and ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with banquet and special event setups, including serving and clearing tables as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards Experience with cooking, food preparation, and kitchen operations is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks required in a busy kitchen setting Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for guest service is key Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
