We're hiring Shift Managers, Crew Members, and Kitchen Crew to help us serve fresh, high-quality food to students, faculty, and staff in a fast-paced campus setting. Shift Manager Pay:

From $17.00 an hour

Elon University, Clohan Hall, North O'Kelly Avenue, Elon, NC 27244 (in person) Responsibilities Lead and supervise crew and kitchen staff during your shift Handle opening and closing procedures Help with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of new team members Manage inventory, ordering needs, and stock rotation Resolve customer questions and concerns to keep satisfaction high Work toward daily sales and service goals Operate the POS system and manage cash handling, deposits, and daily sales reporting accurately Help monitor labor, budget, and administrative tasks in coordination with your manager Enforce company policies, food safety standards, and workplace safety regulations Communicate clearly with staff, customers, and campus dining partners Qualifications At least 6 months of experience as a shift manager, or 1 year of experience at another QSR concept Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math Must hold or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification and Food Handler certification Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs May be required to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally Bilingual ability is a plus Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Employee meal Flexible schedule

Kitchen Crew Pay:
