Responsibilities Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and handle cash or card transactions efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales through friendly suggestions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food prep tasks like slicing meats, cheeses, and vegetables while adhering to proper food handling procedures. Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant remains inviting and organized. Follow all safety protocols related to food safety, sanitation, and equipment operation to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Experience Prior experience in food preparation or working in quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required—training will be provided! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Previous roles involving cashiering, customer service, or retail math demonstrate strong math skills and the ability to handle cash handling accurately. Experience in the food industry or restaurant settings helps develop quick thinking, time management, and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is advantageous for maintaining high-quality service.
