Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders, providing excellent service and product recommendations to enhance sales through upselling techniques. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring proper food handling, preparation, and presentation according to safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing counters, utensils, and kitchen equipment regularly to uphold sanitation standards. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, give accurate change, and record sales diligently. Support food preparation tasks when needed, including assembling orders and assisting in basic kitchen activities. Uphold food safety management practices by following proper sanitation procedures, food handling protocols, and health regulations at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; retail math skills are a plus. Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and maintaining cleanliness in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to upsell products confidently. Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Experience operating kitchen equipment or working in a café or grocery store environment is advantageous.
