Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and register accuracy Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods Support sales efforts through suggestive selling techniques and promoting special menu items or promotions Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or a quick service & fast food restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafés is advantageous

Pay:

$11.00 - $13.00 per hour
