Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, maintaining consistency and freshness. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns with enthusiasm. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and providing correct change. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through suggestive selling techniques. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, sanitizing food prep areas, and adhering to sanitation standards. Assist with food safety practices, proper food handling procedures, and ensuring compliance with health regulations at all times. Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and quick math for accurate change are essential. Experience in food preparation, serving, or working in a café or grocery store environment is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is highly valued.
