This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with opportunities to grow into Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, and beyond. Key Responsibilities Guest Service Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude. Take accurate orders at the counter or drive-thru. Deliver fast, consistent service during busy periods. Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally. Food & Beverage Preparation Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, donuts, sandwiches, and bakery items according to Dunkin' standards. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
