Duties Assist with food preparation by chopping, assembling, and organizing ingredients according to safety standards and recipes Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations through regular cleaning and sanitizing tasks Support food running and serving duties to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests Handle bussing duties by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and managing waste disposal efficiently Practice safe manual handling techniques when lifting heavy pots, boxes, or equipment to prevent injuries Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payment transactions Follow food safety protocols including proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices at all times Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, and customer service enhances your effectiveness in this role Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests in person Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with precision Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to learn new skills, and ready to contribute to an energetic team dedicated to guest satisfaction!
