New store launch. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and efficiently taking orders. Prepare and assemble food items according to Firehouse Subs standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations. Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while preparing food and maintaining the workspace. Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings and weekends. Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required; we provide training for all positions.
