Responsibilities Prepare food items according to company recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and safety. Operate POS systems like Aloha and Micros to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas and dining spaces, following sanitation guidelines. Handle cash register operations and process cash transactions with accuracy. Assist in food handling tasks such as serving, bussing tables, and managing food safety protocols. Operate kitchen equipment safely while supporting quick service delivery during busy hours. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus. Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail sales transactions is beneficial. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in food industry settings.
