JOB APPLIES TO DISHWASHERS AND KITCHEN TEAM MEMBERS

Responsibilities Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes Use knife skills effectively to chop, slice, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and safety standards Support cooking processes by following established procedures and maintaining consistency in food presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations and prevent contamination Contribute to catering events or special functions by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating Support the team during busy service hours by serving food efficiently and courteously to guests Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Basic knife skills and familiarity with cooking techniques are highly desirable Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety standards within the food industry Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration and customer service Willingness to learn new culinary skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs Prior experience in catering or culinary roles is a plus but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey in the culinary world by joining our team!
