Job Overview - Kitchen Team Member Are you someone who enjoys working in the kitchen and wants to be part of an exciting, growing company? Kinkaider Brewing Company/Bierhaus Maisschaler is looking for Kitchen Team Members to help us serve up our high-quality American and pub-style food. We're not a fine-dining restaurant — we focus on delicious, well-made food that pairs perfectly with our craft beers. We're expanding and looking for great people who want to grow their skills and their careers with one of Nebraska's largest breweries. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist with banquet setups and breakdowns as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and maintaining a clean dining area when necessary. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices for safe food handling. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with guests. Experience in hospitality or culinary roles is a plus, including banquet or hotel experience. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
