Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your passion for food and hospitality will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the head chef or kitchen supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables. Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling procedures are adhered to at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service periods. Support banquet operations by preparing and serving food for events as needed. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards. Requirements Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food preparation methods. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to handle food safely. Experience in banquet service or hotel kitchens is a plus. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
