In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to and from our events. Supporting the kitchen operations at events in our food catering and food truck operartion, by preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a high level of customer service. If you are passionate about food and hospitality, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service during meal periods Support banquet operations by setting up, serving, and breaking down events as needed Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations Participate in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food preparation methods Experience in banquet service or hotel kitchens is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a team setting Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences Join our team today and be part of a vibrant kitchen that values creativity, teamwork, and excellence in service!
