Overview Northwood Pizza Company - Northwood, NH Northwood Pizza Company is a new locally owned restaurant preparing to open in Northwood, and we're building a reliable, hardworking kitchen team from the ground up. We are looking for Food Prep / Kitchen Team Members who take pride in their work, move with a sense of urgency, and understand that great food starts with proper preparation and a clean, organized kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for daily restaurant operations, including vegetables, meats, cheeses, sauces and other menu items Portion and organize ingredients according to restaurant standards Assist with sandwich and sub preparation Help prepare salads, appetizers and other menu items Stock and maintain prep stations throughout the shift Assist pizza makers and line cooks as needed Follow recipes, portion guidelines and food-quality standards Properly label, date and rotate food Maintain a clean and sanitary prep area Wash dishes, equipment and utensils when needed Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Help with opening and closing kitchen duties Work as part of the team wherever needed during busy periods What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or food-preparation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Dependable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Willing to learn and take direction Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working as part of a team Able to stand for extended periods and lift typical restaurant supplies and food products Availability for evenings and weekends is important What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Employee food discounts Opportunity to learn additional kitchen positions Opportunity for increased responsibility as the restaurant grows A locally owned workplace where dependable employees are valued About Northwood Pizza Company Northwood Pizza Company is being built around a simple idea: quality matters .
