Duties Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality and consistency Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and sanitizing surfaces Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and safety regulations Support cooking activities under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers to ensure timely meal service Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Assist with banquet setups, catering events, or large group services as needed Support guest services by providing friendly assistance and ensuring a welcoming environment in the dining area Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices Experience with food preparation, cooking, serving, or bussing in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending comfortably Previous banquet or hotel kitchen experience is advantageous but not required Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to develop your culinary expertise!
