Handle food products safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to food safety regulations. Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, portioning items, and assembling basic dishes under supervision. Help with inventory management by stocking supplies and notifying staff of low stock levels. Support catering events or special functions by setting up serving stations and assisting with meal distribution. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key. Strong knife skills and familiarity with basic cooking techniques are advantageous. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential.
