Require bilingual English and Mandarin thank you Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and promote sales. Upsell products when appropriate to enhance the customer shopping experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store environment. Support supervisory tasks as needed, including training new associates and overseeing daily operations. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse customer base. Experience in merchandising and stocking is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
