Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and cooking to meet quality standards and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing tasks Support food handling procedures in accordance with food safety guidelines Buss tables and clear dishes efficiently to ensure a clean dining environment Handle manual lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices Support food running and serving duties to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payments Assist with banquet setups and service during special events or large groups Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and enhance guest experiences Uphold high standards of guest service through friendly in-person interactions and attentive support Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; culinary or hospitality background is a plus Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and basic cooking techniques Experience with POS systems such as TOAST Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Familiarity with hotel or banquet service environments is beneficial Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering exceptional service while honing your culinary skills!
