Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely service and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing Handle manual lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices to prevent injury Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with service protocols, ensuring guest satisfaction Operate POS systems for order processing and billing accurace Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety regulations, and proper sanitation practices Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Familiarity with kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food preparation methods Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order management Previous hotel or banquet experience is a plus for supporting diverse service settings Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentJoin us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to our kitchen team!
