We are looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing outstanding customer service.
Position:
Team Member (18+) As a Team Member, you will: Greet every Guest with a friendly attitude and excellent customer service. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Prepare and serve Bojangles menu items according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including the dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior areas. Stock and organize supplies as needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies. Work as part of a team to deliver a fast, friendly, and accurate Guest experience. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidates!
