No two shifts are the same, and every team member plays an important role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly. What You'll Do As a Crew Member, you'll work in multiple areas of the restaurant, including the front counter, fryer station, dining room, and food prep. Guest Service Greet every guest with a smile and provide friendly, professional service. Take accurate customer orders using our POS system. Recommend menu items, combos, shakes, and desserts. Assemble dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders. Ensure every order is accurate before it leaves the restaurant. Fry Station Prepare fries, chicken tenders, wings, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, and other fried menu items. Set up the fryer station before each shift by checking oil temperature and quality, stocking frozen products, seasonings, packaging, and sauces. Cook products according to company recipes and cook times. Keep the fryer station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift. Assist with filtering fryers and cleaning equipment during closing (when trained). Prep & Stocking Prepare fresh vegetables and other ingredients as assigned. Fill and stock sauces, condiments, cups, lids, utensils, and paper products. Rotate inventory using FIFO procedures. Keep all stations stocked and ready for busy meal periods. Restaurant Cleanliness Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and dining areas. Sweep and mop floors. Empty trash throughout the day. Stock beverage and condiment stations. Maintain clean restrooms. Help keep the entire restaurant clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. What We're Looking For Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Friendly and outgoing personality.
