The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with commercial kitchen equipment, attention to detail and customer service skills, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Commercial Kitchen appliances and equipment. Diagnose issues with equipment and provide effective solutions. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests. Skills 1 yr Experience with Commercial kitchen equipment maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial appliances is required A valid driver's license, insurable driving record is required. Solid mechanical knowledge with experience in refrigeration systems. Previous field service experience as a service technician is preferred. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships. Familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred. Ability to repair various types of Commercial Kitchen Appliances (Walk-In and Reach In coolers, Freezers, Warming Cabinets, Fryers, Grills, Toasters, etc) Electrical experience related to appliance functionality is beneficial.
