The ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fine dining setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that their dining experience is memorable. Responsibilities Greet guest promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take and process customer orders accurately, providing detailed information about menu items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with menu planning by providing feedback on guest preferences and seasonal ingredients. Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling guidelines to ensure guest safety. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience. Support other staff members as needed during busy periods, fostering teamwork in the restaurant. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining establishments. Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and menu planning. Familiarity with food handling practices and dietary department standards is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
