Position Summary The Baja Deli Crew Member is responsible for delivering a superior guest experience by preparing and serving food and beverage items in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner. This position supports Baja Deli operations while adhering to all casino, departmental, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and serve food and beverage items in accordance with established recipes, portion controls, and quality standards Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all guests Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, health, and gaming regulations Accurately handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and internal controls Work cooperatively with team members and management to support daily operations Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during peak service periods Uphold guest confidentiality and casino service standards Qualifications Strong guest service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to work effectively as part of a team Commitment to quality, consistency, and attention to detail Willingness to learn new menu items, beverage recipes, and procedures Ability to safely handle cash and follow internal controls Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with health codes Additional Requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming Registration, as required Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Must be able to lift, carry, and move items consistent with food service duties Flexible availability required
