Duties Prepare pizza ingredients and assemble orders according to customer specifications, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, including taking orders, upselling menu items, and handling cash register operations Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by adhering to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, slicers, and other food prep tools Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive dining experience Process cash transactions, handle cash register operations, and balance cash drawers at shift end while maintaining accuracy in retail sales transactions Qualifications Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable; food industry or café experience is a plus Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining sanitation standards Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us in creating memorable dining moments by combining culinary skill with outstanding customer service!
