We are hiring for seasonal Food & Beverage positions at our Upper Falls Snack Bar and Lower Falls Restaurant locations inside beautiful Letchworth State Park!

Mid-August through end of October 2026

Letchworth Concessions operates seven locations within Letchworth State Park, offering a mix of retail and food & beverage services. Join our team to work in a scenic environment and provide exceptional experiences to park visitors!

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals for part-time Food & Beverage positions at Upper Falls Snack Bar and Lower Falls Restaurant. Roles include food preparation, beverage service, customer service, and maintaining a clean operation in a fast-paced park setting.

Key Details:

Positions available:

Upper Falls Snack Bar and Lower Falls Restaurant Season:

Mid-August to end of

October Pay:

$17 per hour starting, with potential for higher pay for the right candidate or those with more experience + tips

Schedule:

Flexible part-time shifts, up to 35 hours per week

Hours:

Primarily 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (hours may vary by location and business needs)

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve food and beverages Provide excellent customer service to park visitors Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Work effectively as part of a small team

Requirements:

Some previous food handling experience required Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer focus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and available for flexible shifts (including weekends) Must be able to stand for long periods and work outdoors/weather-dependent conditions Why Join Us?
