In this role, you will help with food preparation, follow food safety standards, and maintain a clean kitchen environment. You must be able to work individually and in a group setting. Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes to meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to safety regulations Support the serving team by providing timely assistance with food delivery Ensure all food items are stored correctly in accordance with food safety guidelines Contribute to a positive guest experience through attentive customer service and effective communication regarding food allergies and restrictions. Experience Korean food experience is highly preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate that is willing to learn. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling procedures, kitchen safety protocols, and sanitation standards is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with the team.
