• Part-time Overview Seeking an experienced pizzaiolo for a wood fired pizzeria.

Very busy Summer/Fall. Looking for someone with availability

THURSDAYS-SUNDAYS.

With prep or dough preparation on Wednesdays. Must be able to commit through Summer and Fall. Must be 18+. Typical shift begins around 12pm Duties Experience cooking and stretching pizza dough in a busy kitchen Preparing dough Preparing ingredients and cooking menu items before service Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food handling safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including equipment and work surfaces Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking. Follow all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. Ability to chop wood Work with team at end of night-clean up of kitchen, dishes, sweeping, mopping Experience Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced small kitchen setting
