Landscaper

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper to join our dynamic team dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of landscaping tasks that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of residential, commercial, and public spaces. Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to ensure lush, healthy turf Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements like pathways and patios Operate hand tools and power tools safely for planting, trimming, pruning, and general landscape installation Use equipment such as excavators and snow plows to prepare sites and manage seasonal maintenance tasks Conduct tree care including trimming, pruning, planting, and health assessments to promote safety and growth. Assist with construction projects involving hardscape features. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools Experience with lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques Knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening practices, and plant health management Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping machinery safely Familiarity with tree care including trimming and pruning techniques Strong understanding of irrigation systems installation and maintenance Prior experience in snow plowing or winter landscape services is a plus Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients Join us in shaping beautiful outdoor spaces!
