Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Counter Help for our Pizzeria to provide excellent customer service and support daily restaurant operations. This role involves taking walk-in orders, preparing and packing pizza slices, and assisting with pizza preparation. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality. Responsibilities Take walk-in orders from customers accurately and efficiently. Box and pack pizza slices for dine-in or take-out orders. Prepare pizzas by dressing them appropriately with toppings and ingredients. Operate the oven to cook pizza pies to perfection, ensuring quality and consistency. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, including food prep stations and customer service areas. Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing customer inquiries as needed. Follow all food safety guidelines and restaurant policies to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Prior experience in a food service or pizzeria setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customers and team members. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as boxing slices and operating kitchen equipment. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Pay:
