Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while managing time effectively. Ensuring high-quality, precise, and consistent final products. Preparing fillings, baking, cutting, and assembling pastries to meet daily or special-order demands. Ability to follow instructions. Food safety knowledge. Cleaning workstations and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed in the bakery environment.
