Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Poke Bowl Team Member to join our team in Ithaca, NY. No experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidate. If you enjoy working with people and preparing fresh food in a clean, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Prepare fresh poke bowls according to recipes and customer orders Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Operate the cash register (POS) and process payments Assist customers with menu questions and order customization Keep the dining area, kitchen, and workstations clean and organized Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work efficiently as part of a team during busy hours Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude and dependable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Employee meal discount Paid training Friendly and supportive work environment
