What You'll Do Every shift is different, but responsibilities include: Prepare specialty coffee, espresso drinks, ceremonial-grade matcha, smoothies, smoothie bowls, artisan toast, breakfast sandwiches, and other café offerings. Learn and execute every menu item according to our preparation and presentation standards. Work collaboratively to prepare guest orders quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy. Create a welcoming experience by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs. Complete opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and food preparation tasks. Maintain an organized, sanitary, and efficient workspace throughout every shift. Help create a positive team culture built on respect, communication, and reliability. What We're Looking For Experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is helpful, but we place just as much value on attitude, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
