Team members are the foundation of Toastique operations, supporting both front and back of house responsibilities. This role ensures smooth service, strong teamwork, and consistent product execution. The responsibilities listed below are some key responsibilities but not limited to those only. All team members are expected to be cross trained and flex positions based on the volume of the store.

Key responsibilities:

Production Execution Prepare all menu items according to Toastique standards and guidelines Follow recipes exactly to maintain consistency and quality Maintain Speed without sacrificing accuracy or presentation Customer Experience Provide friendly, efficient and engaging service with a positive professional attitude Ensure order accuracy and smooth guest flow Cleanliness & Organization Maintain cleanliness across FOH and BOH areas Assist with dishwashing, trash, and sanitation standards Keep all station stocked and organized Back of House Support Assist with prep tasks and ingredient preparation Put away deliveries using FIFO method Support overall store operations during peak periods Teamwork Work collaboratively with all team members Communicate clearly and support team success Complete Opening and closing procedures done accurately and during allotted time frame

Requirements:

Minimum 18 years old Minimum 1 year of Back of House & Front of House restaurant experience Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Ability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, afternoons, weekends and/or holidays. Meet store expectations and standards by following food and beverage recipe guides, cash handling procedures, food safety & uniform guidelines.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
