Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes according to standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing Support bussing duties by clearing tables, removing used dishes, and ensuring dining areas are tidy for guests Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and ingredients following safe lifting practices Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Provide in-person customer service by addressing guest inquiries, serving food promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Follow food safety protocols during handling, storage, and preparation to meet health regulations Assist with food running duties to ensure timely delivery of orders from kitchen to dining area Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards is highly advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling safely and efficiently Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Familiarity with kitchen operations, cleaning routines, and basic food preparation techniques Demonstrated commitment to hospitality excellence and guest service in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a lively team where your contributions directly impact the enjoyment of our guests!
