Kitchen Team Member

Responsibilities Prepare gelato bases, flavors, mix-ins, and daily production Follow recipes carefully and maintain consistency and quality Assist with dessert, and kitchen prep Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to health and food safety standards Wash dishes, equipment, and maintain production areas Help with inventory, restocking, and production planning Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties Qualifications Experience in pastry, baking, dessert production, or kitchen work preferred Previous gelato or ice cream experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Detail-oriented and cleanly able to follow recipes exactly Reliable, punctual, and available almost daily Spanish-speaking is a plus Schedule Almost daily availability needed. Morning and daytime availability strongly preferred.
