Duties Carefully pack food products, ensuring proper portioning, presentation, and adherence to safety guidelines Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients and organizing supplies for efficient workflow Expedite food orders by coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared items Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of packing stations in compliance with food safety regulations Handle food products safely, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination Support kitchen operations by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and assisting with basic cooking or food service tasks when needed Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth service flow Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and team members Basic numeracy skills for portioning, inventory checks, and order accuracy Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably Prior banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality food experiences!
