Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process transactions efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures across all areas of the restaurant, including dining spaces, kitchen stations, and restrooms Assist in food preparation and presentation while adhering to food safety management standards Ensure compliance with all health regulations related to food safety and sanitation procedures Support team members in delivering prompt service during busy hours to enhance guest satisfaction Restock supplies and assist with general restaurant maintenance to uphold a clean, safe environment Requirements Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and transactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed Join us in creating an energetic, welcoming space where guests feel valued!
