Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently and accurately Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness by following sanitation procedures Ensure compliance with food safety management practices to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep operations running smoothly during shifts Assist in managing customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and positive attitude Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Skills Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices to ensure a hygienic environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and transactions Ability to follow food safety management protocols diligently Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues during busy periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
