Pizza Shop Service Teammate Pay:

• 19/hour + shared tips (based on experience)

Job Type:

30-40 hours We're looking for a reliable, experienced team member to step into a service role in our fast-paced pizza shop.

Responsibilities:

• Leading shifts and managing flow of service
• Ensuring quality and consistency of all food
• Making and finishing pizzas as needed
• Customer service & POS use
• Dishes, cleaning, and overall kitchen organization
• Assisting with prep

Requirements:

• Weekend availability required
• Afternoon/evening shifts (until 8:30pm weekdays, 10:30pm Fri/Sat)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Leadership mindset and reliability

Preferred:

• Previous kitchen or food service experience All staff participate in tip pooling.
