Job Overview Our client, in Duncan Falls, is searching for Kitchen Helpers to join their team! Candidates must be flexible to work evenings from 4pm to 10pm and weekends. This is a temp to hire opportunity! Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients for various dishes Support cooking activities by following recipes and instructions from kitchen supervisor Cook basic meals by following directions from kitchen manager Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling procedures and adhering to sanitation protocols Support catering events by prepping and preparing food Experience Familiarity with food preparation and cooking techniques is advantageous Experience working in a restaurant or food service environment preferred Knowledge of food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are essential

Pay:

$11.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
