Duties Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble pizzas according to company standards while maintaining food safety and sanitation protocols Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cashiering, and payment handling Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately, upselling menu items, and addressing guest inquiries with enthusiasm Manage food handling responsibilities including baking, packaging, and ensuring food quality throughout the shift Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and equipment by bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards Assist with food delivery coordination or pickup orders to ensure timely service Support team members with basic math calculations for cash handling, order totals, and retail math when necessary Requirements Prior experience in food preparation, quick service & fast food restaurant environments, or retail is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory checks Experience in culinary roles or kitchen environments enhances your ability to succeed in this position Join us today as a vital part of our team!
